Easton Arts Academy Elementary Charter School is accepting applications for all grades for the 2024-2025 school year.

Children entering Kindergarten must be five (5) before September 1st to enroll.

Please fill out the online form or print the Enrollment Packet.

Immunization requirements can be found HERE.

Required Enrollment Documents

· Completed packet

· Birth Certificate

· Lease, Deed or mortgage statement

· Two utility bills

· Parent driver’s license

· Custody documents (if applicable)

· 504 or IEP (if applicable)

· Immunizations

· Physical form

· Dental form
